As a Green Circle Certified salon, we are proud to say that 85-95% of our salon waste is recycled and/or repurposed, helping to keep waste out of landfills and waterways. Combined with our eco-friendly practices + cruelty free products, we aim to create on-trend looks that are sure to make heads turn! Justine Werline
My name is Justine and sustainability is my passion! Being a Hairstylist is the most rewarding career path I could have ever possibly chosen for myself, however it was also important to combine eco-friendly practices with sustainably sourced cruelty free products.
I opened Salon XIII smack dab in the middle of Delaware, and with it I bring all the California hair trends and expertise. I specialize in Hair Wizardry (House Slytherin) to include: unicorn hair, balayage, color correction, blonding, military cuts, mens cuts, and precision bobs.
I’ve been fortunate enough to do runway worthy hair all over the United States from Los Angeles Fashion Week to NYC Mercedes Benz Fashion week, but what I enjoy most is taking care of the everyday individual looking for consistency, expertise, and a unique experience! Whether it’s your wedding day with 11 bridesmaids who all need full hair + makeup, or a disastrous fixer-upper requiring serious help and possibly some talk-therapy – My assistant Vanessa and I got you covered!

It is beautiful and clean and relaxing. Justine was friendly and caring and most importantly, professional and knowledgeable on my texture. I gave her complete free reign over my hair and she did a fantastic job making endless repairs due to years of neglect and some health issues that had caused hair loss. My first time going to Justine, she was able to fix a huge mistake in my hair. A mistake that was from another salon/stylist, who I had been seeing for quite a long time. That other person allowed me to walk out of their salon with a mistake … More right smack in the front center of my hair.
Justine was able to correct that mistake easily, and allow me to walk out of her salon with confidence. Justine gave me the positive feelings I should have had the first time getting my hair done, not having to get it corrected.
I have gone back to Justine and her salon for my hair maintenance. She is the only salon/stylist in the area that makes me feel completely comfortable and confident to do my hair the way I want, without me sacrificing.
I drive 2 hours to see her, and will continue to do so! She's incredible! -
