No Show
Salon XIII has a three strike policy on no-show appointments. Should a client choose to no-show his or her stylist without 24 hour notice, a note will be made in their file. Three no-shows and you will be unable to book further appointments without putting down 100% of your deposit on services.
Cancellation
We understand that accidents and emergencies happen, schedules change and things come up, however Salon XIII requires that clients give 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations.
Arrival
Salon XIII has a strict no children under 12 policy. This is both for the safety of the child as well as to improve the quality of your experience. It is very important that you please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If for any reason you may be late please call ahead and let Salon XIII know. There is a 15 minute grace period. Arrival anytime after that and your appointment will need to be rescheduled for a later date unless told otherwise.
